Agile management and creating ambidextrous teams

Agile way of working is becoming increasingly popular across a wide range of organizations. The central pillar of Agile management is to empower teams who can exploit their existing capabilities and explore new ones. This promise is certainly appealing. However, the existence of different interpretations and the lack of rigorous empirical evidence on the effectiveness of different Agile practices indicate that creating ambidextrous Agile teams remains to be a challenge. This workshop will serve as an interactive platform to share your Agile experiences and to gain fresh insights from academic research.

Presenter: Murat Tarakci, Associate Professor of Innovation Management, Rotterdam School of Management (RSM)
